Theta Energy Healing
Theta healing is a form of energy work done within a meditative (theta) state. Remember that when we are in this state we are more receptive to information. This type of energy healing uses quantum physics and spirituality to tap into someone’s energy field. From here I can access what you need and implement the proper energy techniques for healing.

Yoga & Meditation
I’m certified both as a yoga instructor and meditation teacher. I teach a wide range of different yoga styles. Currently I’m teaching on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at 425 Dundas St Woodstock ON Arise True.
I also teach pop up workshops, retreats and specialty events. Within these specialty offerings I combine in person and online modalities.
Access Bars
A type of energy healing that involves gentle touching on different points of the head to help you relax and your worries to melt away.
Single Session $98 for 75mins (including relaxation head massage)
Reflexology
Pure Bliss: includes mineral/ herbal infused foot soak, reflexology treatment, essential oil infused foot massage, followed by a hot towel wrap, then I put on one of my guided stress reliving meditations where I leave the room for you to slip off into a state of pure bliss. $140.00 | 80min
Premium Bliss: includes mineral/ herbal infused foot soak at the beginning of the appointment followed by reflexology treatment and essential oil infused foot massage. $95.00 | 65min
Basic Bliss: includes reflexology treatment and essential oil infused foot massage. $80.00 | 60min
